Terms and Conditions 

Walks / Training  / Pet Care appointments. 

 I am very flexible with my schedule and I will attempt to be prompt if arranged to collect your dog at a schedule time. There may be occasions that I am running late. I will text / phone to notify you. 

If I am unable to attend as per agreement. Or such occurrence arises that I have to cancel the walk or training session or  home care, for a particular day I will rearrange with you alternative day / time that is suitable.  I will give as much notice as possible for unforeseen problems. If I have to cancel due to other issues I will give you at least 24 hours notice. 

Customer cancellation notice. 

Once enlisted with my services. I would appreciate that if you have to cancel an appointment that you give me notice by text/phone. At least 1 hour prior to the appointment. 

 Payment. 

I am happy to discuss payment options with you. My standard payment is by cash.  Pay as you go. 

However happy to discuss and agree alternative arrangements. 

I will not charge for any cancellations or changes to our agreements when changed due to unforseen circumstances.  

Care of your pet. 

I will try my upmost to keep you pet safe and from harm at all times. However, I cannot be held responsible for any injury your dog may obtain from our walks, training sessions, or in your home pet care. If a minor injury happens I am trained in administering 1st aid at the scene and if required contact you immediately. If more serious I will take to the nearest veterinary surgery. This may not always be possible to take to your registered surgery.  However, I am not responsible for any such costs that may arise in doing so. However I will seek your permission first. In all respects.  

You will be expected to ensure professional treatment is given to your pet. 

Complaints. Termination of contract and services..

If for any reason you have a complaint with any of my services. Talk to me first. 

If you wish to cancel my services 24 hours notice is required. 

Home boarding and day care have written agreement and with that have their own terms and conditions.  This will be discussed and agreed before any boarding or day care commences, a meeting beforehand must be taken.
